The mission
Patrice Bonnardini’s mission is to transmute the quotidian into the eternal, to distill from the humble artifacts of culinary heritage a sublime lexicon of cultural memory. In the hallowed precincts of his atelier, each gesture is an act of alchemical devotion, conjuring forms that interrogate the interstices of identity and temporality. His sculptures, imbued with the primal resonance of African diasporic narratives, aspire not to represent but to invoke—a ceaseless quest to render the invisible palpable.
